Employee Stock Ownership Program

Our fully funded Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) gives employees a direct stake in Team Kline’s success by investing in company stock, allowing them to share in our business achievements.

  • An ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is a program that gives employees ownership stakes in their company. The company funds the plan, and employees receive shares of stock, benefiting from the company's success and growth. It also acts as a retirement plan.
